About us
About La Señora Cleaning
Founded in Scottsdale in 2021 and built on three values: reliability, respect and excellence. Here is who we are and how we work.
The Story Behind the Name
“Ma, la señora.”
La Señora Cleaning provides residential and small office cleaning services in Scottsdale and the East Valley, and the name comes from a real moment. Years ago, while our founder was cleaning the home of a family whose young children spoke Spanish, one of them looked up and called out to their mother: “Ma, la señora” (Mom, the lady is here). The phrase stayed with her, and when she started her own company in 2021 it became the name.
La Señora Cleaning started in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, when a clean home stopped being a nice-to-have and became part of keeping families healthy. Our founder had spent years cleaning homes across Scottsdale and the East Valley, and she saw neighbors who needed a house cleaning service they could trust inside their homes at a difficult time. So she built that company herself: a local, reliable cleaning service that shows up on time, follows a clear checklist and treats every home with respect. Since then it has grown into something more: a place to build systems, lead a team, create opportunities and build long-term relationships. Several team members have grown alongside the company, and some of our clients have been with us for four or five years.
The more the company grows, the more people we can help. That idea shapes how we hire, how we train and how we treat every home we enter.
Our Mission
We care for homes so people can have more time for what truly matters. Through excellence, trust and responsibility, we create clean and peaceful spaces that bring comfort, ease and well-being to everyday life.
Our Vision
To become a trusted name in Arizona, recognized not only for how well we clean, but for how we care. We envision La Señora Cleaning as a company that elevates the meaning of cleaning: creating better homes, meaningful opportunities, and a lasting positive impact on the families and communities we serve.
