A Cleaning Company With a Story
“Ma, la señora.”
Years ago, while our founder was cleaning the home of a family whose young children spoke Spanish, one of them looked up and called out to their mother: “Ma, la señora” (Mom, the lady is here). The phrase stayed with her, and when she started her own company in 2021 it became the name.
La Señora Cleaning started in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, when a clean home stopped being a nice-to-have and became part of keeping families healthy. Our founder had spent years cleaning homes across Scottsdale and the East Valley, and she saw neighbors who needed a house cleaning service they could trust inside their homes at a difficult time. So she built that company herself: a local, reliable cleaning service that shows up on time, follows a clear checklist and treats every home with respect. Since then it has grown into something more: a place to build systems, lead a team, create opportunities and build long-term relationships. Several team members have grown alongside the company, and some of our clients have been with us for four or five years.
The more the company grows, the more people we can help. That idea shapes how we hire, how we train and how we treat every home we enter.

What is included in a standard house cleaning?
Our Basic recurring service covers every room: dusting surfaces, ceiling fans, switch plates, windowsills, doors and door frames, vacuuming and mopping floors, making beds, removing trash, plus a full bathroom and kitchen clean. See the full checklist above for the exact scope.
What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning includes everything in Basic plus the detail work that builds up over time: blinds, baseboards, reachable A/C vents and the range hood. Most new clients start with a deep cleaning and then move to a recurring plan.
Do you offer weekly or biweekly house cleaning?
Yes. Weekly and biweekly are our most common recurring schedules in Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert, and we can set up other frequencies depending on your needs. Recurring clients keep a consistent day and time.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yes. One-time basic or deep cleanings are available for special occasions, guests, or simply catching up. There is no ongoing commitment, and you can switch to a recurring plan later.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have dogs and cats. Let us know about your pets in the quote form so we can plan the visit around them and keep everyone comfortable.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most recurring clients provide a key, garage code or lockbox. We confirm access instructions in advance and secure the home when we leave.
Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, our team brings professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products for certain surfaces, leave them out and let us know.
How is my cleaning quote determined?
Quotes are based on the service type, the size and condition of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the frequency. Recurring plans are priced lower per visit than one-time cleanings.
How far in advance should I book?
For recurring service, a few days' notice is usually enough to find a regular slot. For deep cleanings and move-in / move-out cleanings, we recommend booking one to two weeks ahead, especially at the end of the month.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Our Move-In / Move-Out service is for vacant homes and includes everything in Deep plus inside windows, cabinets, drawers, closets, pantry and medicine cabinets.
How much does house cleaning cost in Scottsdale and the East Valley?

Yes. Most office clients schedule early mornings, evenings or weekends so cleaning never interrupts the workday. Pricing depends on square footage, frequency and the scope agreed in your quote.
